Cutters handles a lot of work for us with their regularly scheduled stops but whenever we call requesting an extra visit on short notice they always come through. Great people to work with, I highly recommend them.

Its been a couple weeks now and I am finally writing a review. If the service was so so I wouldn't even be taking the time to review so far past the actual visit. Reggie was so personable and I really enjoyed chatting with him while dropping off my "boxes" I received a fair quote over the phone and was actually charged a little less. He was very reassuring of the safety of his service and I appreciated him addressing concerns I hadn't even verbalized! The response time was very quick when I first contacted this company!
Also, I was running a little late and he still let me come by.
Not a lot of businesses act as if they give a darn. This business does!

This is fantastic business. I called Reggie around 9am he told me I would receive a text when they were close to my location. At 10:10 Jaden told me he would be close to my place around 10:45 which they were, they took all my shredding like they said they would, when they said they would and didn’t waste my whole day waiting. I had five boxes of documents, residential, that were taken for destruction for a very reasonable price. I contacted the company on the weekend, through their website and was simply amazed at the speed in which Reggie communicated back with me, on a Sunday which I was not expecting. Monday morning I spoke with him on the phone and it was like talking with your neighbor, very friendly. Reggie connected me with Jake, the driver, and I met up with the truck to drop off my huge tub of documents and a hard drive. Jake unloaded the tub from the back of my car without me even asking and it was shredded before my eyes. Excellent experience! Excellent service! Very reasonable reasonable price! Thank you!
