When to first "kiddo" (I apologize I don't remember his name) showed up he arrived within the time frame you stated (within a half an hour). He announced who he was, announced the company he was with and shook my hand! Thoroughly impressed! He was polite, courteous and very professional. He understood that he was representing Cutters, despite whatever was going on behind the scenes with trucks it wasn't transmitted onto me. He took the time to view the areas where the trucks would be set up, wasn't rushed or annoyed. He then politely explained that he would need to go fill up the truck with fuel and would be right back.
At this time another "kiddo" showed up and again - he was very polite, courteous and professional. It was not unrecognized by many of my co-workers that these young gentleman were trained to be professional and respectful while out in the field. They have restored a part of my faith in today's humanity.
Upon completion they informed me as such and thanked me for our business. Once again - shook my hand and told me to have a nice day. While these actions may seem to be second nature to many of us, it is apparent that you have trained your employees to show respect to others.
I thank you for not only doing a wonderful job at completing my shredding needs but also thank you for doing a commendable job at having integrity and honesty within yourself and your employees.

I had 18 boxes of docs that I absolutely had to have shredded that day. Called Cutters Document Shredders and spoke to Reggie. He told me to bring them to his truck while he was running his routes and he'd take care of them. He texted me his location, I took him the boxes to him and it was done.
