I wanted a local company to come to my house to shred several years of business documents. I was referred to Reggie/Cutters Document Destruction, from a friend who stated Reggie had done shredding for him when he moved. I phoned Reggie who was very sweet and he set up an appt, had me email my request, address, and estimated amount of documents/boxes. Cutters showed up on time, shredded over 1,000 pds of documents and was gone in a short time frame. The process couldn't have been more professional and efficient. I will definitely use Cutters again!

I contacted the company on the weekend, through their website and was simply amazed at the speed in which Reggie communicated back with me, on a Sunday which I was not expecting. Monday morning I spoke with him on the phone and it was like talking with your neighbor, very friendly. Reggie connected me with Jake, the driver, and I met up with the truck to drop off my huge tub of documents and a hard drive. Jake unloaded the tub from the back of my car without me even asking and it was shredded before my eyes. Excellent experience! Excellent service! Very reasonable reasonable price! Thank you!

A friendly voice picked up the phone to take my call. He explained I could meet the truck at one of the stops the truck was making in central Phoenix or they would stop by home. He even offered to work me in if I need the shredding done the next day. The driver called to let me know he was on his way. He was friendly and their price was reasonable. Great service experience.

Just an all round great experience. Couldn't have been easier to arrange to meet one of their trucks, the young man driving the truck was polite and professional and you can watch on video as your documents are shredded inside their clean, high-tech shredding truck! Very secure, pleasant, convenient and also not expensive.

I am a small business that works from home. I shred annually and it has to be with someone that I trust to destroy the documents in my sight. I met Reggie about 6 years. I had 18 boxes of docs that I absolutely had to have shredded that day. Called Cutters Document Shredders and spoke to Reggie. He told me to bring them to his truck while he was running his routes and he'd take care of them. He texted me his location, I took him the boxes to him and it was done.
